The device consists of a nail clipper affixed to a base platform with suction feet to secure it to any flat, smooth surface. To trim nails, the user simply rests the fingers on the front of the platform in position and presses down on the clipper. The platform also features horizontal and vertical side slots that hold emery boards (included) for filing.
