The Haverich Tricycle Model 20/16 is a child tricycle recommended by the manufacturer for children 5 to 8 years old who may have difficulty with upper body control and positioning or with keeping their feet on the pedals. The Model 20/16 has steering lock angle limiter, dismantlable rear axle and folding frame, rigid drive train for forward and reverse riding, dual front caliper and drum brake, and parking brake lever. The vertically adjustable handlebars can also be positioned sufficiently forward of the rider so that he/she keeps his/her arms stretched and maintains an almost upright posture. The seat can be adjusted so that with the pedal in bottom position the leg is straightened as much as possible at the knee joint. The chosen gear ratios permit even severely disabled persons to ride a tricycle. DIMENSIONS: Minimum distance from seat top to pedal (in bottom position) is 20 inches, upward adjustable in infinite increments; Overall Width is 31 inches; Overall Length is 53 inches. WHEELS: front wheel is 20 x 1.75 x 2 inches, rear wheel is 16 x 1.75 x 2 inches; 36 stainless steel spokes per wheel.
