The Kids Handcycle by Palmer is a three-wheeled, hand propelled cycle designed for use by children with spinal cord injury, arthritis, or mobility, balance, or neurological disabilities. Features include ease of entry/exit, a low center of gravity, a choice of in-line or opposed cranking, coaster brake, parking brake, foot bar with toe and heel straps, adjustable seat with seat belt, mag wheels, front fender, and a large rear basket.
