« Previous Product Next Product »--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 07/2007) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Audex Induction Counter Loop System is an induction loop amplification system designed to enable people with hearing disabilities to communicate across counters and at teller windows. The Counter Loop is comprised of a gooseneck microphone on a stand, an amplifier, a writing pad with imbedded induction loop, a wireless handset, and a charger with charger cradle. A green light on the amplifier allows monitoring of signal strength. The system eliminates background noise by sending the signal directly from the teller microphone to the T-coil found in most hearing aids. For those without T-coil hearing aids, the wireless handset is available. Alternate input devices such as boundary or lapel microphones may also be used with the system. The use of a second pad and a microphone on the teller side of the counter allows tellers with hearing disabilities to communicate with customers. POWER: 110/120 volt alternating current (A/C). DIMENSIONS: The writing pad is 15 inches long. COLOR: The writing pad is available in three shades of marble.
