--- DISCONTINUED (Verified 11/2001) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Banded Scissor are self-opening scissors with a scissor action that closes with a gentle a squeeze on the handles, and opens with the help of a built-in plastic spring. A hang up holder and blade protector are included. MATERIALS: stainless steel blades have molded-on nylon handles. DIMENSIONS: 3.5-inch blade, 9-inch overall length (no. 14703, $26.95); or 2.25-inch blade with 7.75-inch overall length (no. 14704, $24.75).
