The Silicone Waterproof Sealant Kit is a cushion cover coating used on foam cushion, foam wheelchair inserts, or the Foam-in-Place Seating (FIPS) system. The silicone provides an elastic waterproof sealant which is washable, safe for skin contact, and unaffected by body discharges. The silicone coating allows the foam to stretch and compress easily. COMPONENTS: Thekit includes an instruction sheet, a 10.3 fluid ounce tube of DOW 732 RTV silicone sealant, a caulking gun, plastic spreader, 2 pairs of latex gloves, 2 paper cups, and 2 tongue sticks. An optional fire retardant additive with instruction sheet and silicone fire retardant waterproof coating is also available. Kit components are also sold seperately.
