The Basic Wedge Cushion is a seat cushion made of high density foam designed to not flatten out under the user's weight. The wedge shape is intended to encourage a modified anterior pelvic tilt that results in upright sitting posture and discourages slipping forward in the chair. This cushion may be used in Geri chairs or wheelchairs. A No-Slip, water resistant cover is included. DIMENSIONS: 16 x 18 inches (no. 260), 16 x 16 inches (no. 261), or 14 x 14 inches (no. 1287). Thickness tapers from 3 inches to 1 inch.
