Picture of SAMMONS PRESTON ARM TRAY WITH FOAM ELEVATOR (MODEL A7464) The Arm Tray with Foam Elevator, model A746-4, is a plastic arm support and trough for use by people with upper extremity disabilities who also use wheelchairs. The unit includes a washable soft foam insert for cushioned elevation that can be trimmed and customized for individual needs. The tray includes straps for attaching the arm tray to the wheelchair. OPTIONS: Replacement foam inserts, model A746-5, are available for use with this or other Smith & Nephew Arm Trays.
