The Quad Care Attaching System, Model 31878, is lapboard mounting hardware for use by people who are quadriplegics or who have upper extremity disabilities. The kit allows the user to attach a tray or lapboard to wheelchair armrests by using clear vinyl thumb loops to streetch elastic bands over baked epoxy metal attaching pegs. The elastic loop stretches around the armrest and the pull-ring hooks onto metal bracket. The kit includes elastic loops, vinyl pull-rings, and metal brackets with attaching pegs. WARRANTY: The manufacturer warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
