Picture of CLAMP-- POSITIONING, SWIVEL HOLD DOWN, FIXED HOLD DOWN These Clamps are seating hardware designed to be used in wheelchair seating systems. The Positioning Clamp has applications where clamping of the mounting hardware is fastened to the tubing of the wheelchair. It is most often used on the rear of the wheel base to position the chair initially and to keep the chair from shifting. The Swivel Clamp is a riveted one-piece design, used for securing the seat to the wheel base or wheelchair. By turning the swivel hold-down 90 degrees, complete seating device can be removed from the wheelchair without losing the seat position. The Fixed Clamp is a welded, one-piece design used for positioning and clamping seat units to wheel bases or wheelchairs. These clamps are deburred for a smooth finish. DIMENSIONS: The clamps are made of 1/8 inch x 3/4 inch stainless steel. COLOR: Available in black or stainless steel
