(Verified 5/2005) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Personal Amplifier, model 140, is a personal amplifier designed for use in nursing, retirement, and/or convalescent homes. The device is a portable, single channel amplifier equipped with a two position pitch control, volume control and a binaural output balance. Stethoscope-style headset and carrying case are provided. The amplifier also has an accessory input jack for use with tape players, etc. POWER: Built-in rechargeable batteries and battery charger included. WARRANTY: System comes with one year warranty covering parts and labor.

Notes: Can also be utilized as an Auditory Trainer or for Speech Therapy.
