RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Model 1PD 120 B is an auditory training unit designed for one to one teaching and appropriate for an itinerant specialist with hearing impaired students. This portable system includes a psychoacoustic developer which provides the broad spectrum amplification and acoustic power to drive the output devices, teacher and student microphones, student's headphone and bone vibrator, microphone stand and carrying case. Power output, 132 decibels SPL with less than 1 percent distortion. Separate level controls are provided for the left headphone, right headphone, and bone vibrator. Gain, 35 decibels, adjustable by front panel control. Frequency response 20 to 20,000 hz. Can be equipped with speech filtering unit to provide optimal field of perception for individual students. Power, 117V AC, 25 watts.
