Picture of ACTILIFE DESKTOP ACTIVITY SOFTWARE ActiLife Desktop Activity Software is a motion, heart rate, and sleep evaluation system designed for use by individuals with disabilities. This desktop analysis software program is compatible with the ActiGraph and ActiTrainer (see separate entries). The software allows the user to initialize the ActiGraph or ActiTrainer in a number of different operating modes and to select epochs ranging from 30 times per second (raw mode) to 4 minutes. The collected data is stored in ASCII format for simple access and compatibility with statistical analysis programs such as SPSS and SAS. The program contains several basic macros which use the ASCII data to generate summary files, caloric files, data tables, and sleep scores.
