Picture of THERA-BAND LATEX EXERCISE BANDS Thera-Band Latex Exercise Bands are progressive resistance exercise bands designed for use by individuals with upper or lower extremity disabilities. Made from stretchable latex, the bands can be used for passive or active exercise or therapy. Bands come in 8 color-coded levels of resistance, and are available in individual lengths or in rolls that can be cut to size as needed. When properly used, they provide both positive and negative force on the muscles, improving strength, range of motion and cooperation of muscle groups. Different resistance levels are determined by thickness of the band. Color-coded levels increase in difficulty from tan (extra thin) to gold (maximum). DIMENSIONS: 6 inches wide. Individual lengths are 5 feet long. Rolls are 6 or 50 yards long. COLOR: tan (extra thin), yellow (thin), red (medium), green (heavy), blue (extra heavy), black (special heavy), silver (super heavy), or gold (maximum).

Notes: Thera-Band is a registered trademark of the Thera-Band division of Hygenic Corporation. ** Shipping and handling charges are not included in the purchase price listed. ** Latex-Free Bands are also available in 5 color-coded levels of resistance.
