The Saratoga Cycle is a bicycle arm or leg exerciser designed for use by individuals with upper and/or lower extremity disabilities. This adjustable, stationary exercise cycle is placed on a table and used with the included handgrips for upper extremity exercise. The unit can also be placed on the floor and used with the optional foot pedals for lower extremity exercise. Adjustable, lever-type resistance control allows full resistance range. Other standard features include a padded forehead rest; electronic digital display of elapsed time, speed, and distance; an adjustable table clamp; a safety chain guard which encloses moving gears and sprockets; a freewheel cranking mechanism in reverse which allows the user to instantly slow or stop movement at any time. OPTIONS: QuickExchange standard handgrips, QuickExchange limited grasp grips, QuickExchange adjustable loop grips, QuickExchange 2-way or 2-way angled grips, padded adjustable forehead rest, and a cycle table.
