The Exer-Twist Exerciser, model 70926, is an arm and hand exerciser designed to exercise the muscles of the hand, wrist and arm, and isometrically, the chest and shoulders. The device is used by twisting the two ends that fit together, like wringing a towel. Resistance is adjustable for progressive exercise. Extra pairs of larger snap-on grips provide extra support to hand structures or accommodate limited hand closure. DIMENSIONS: 7.75 inches long x 1.5 inches in diameter. Extra grips are 2 inches (70927-0002) and 3-inches (70927-0003) in diameter. WEIGHT: 4 ounces.
