Picture of COLORCUBE The ColorCube is a three-dimensional puzzle designed for use by older children (age 10 and up) and adults with cognitive, learning, and perceptual disabilities. This puzzle has 128 plastic pieces that snap together to form 64 cubes. Once the cubes are assembled, they are connected with plastic rods to assemble a three-dimensional matrix. The pieces fit together in a variety of ways allowing the user to create a variety of three-dimensional constructs, but there is only one "correct" harmonious way which requires user to identify and order the cubes according to subtle shades of color. The construction helps develop perceptual and finger dexterity skills. The complete set includes 128 push- and snap-together pieces, 48 nylon-reinforced rods, an instructional poster, and an envelope containing hints to the puzzle's completion. DIMENSIONS: Each individual cube is one inch, and the finished puzzle is a nine-inch cube.
