Picture of ORTHOPEDIC KNEE PILLOW (OKP) The Orthopedic Knee Pillow (OKP) is a body support pillow designed to ease pain caused by pregnancy, injury to hips or back, lower back syndrome, and general sleeping discomfort. Sleeping in the fetal position with the OKP causes the hips to flare, reducing pressure on both hips' capsule and sacroiliac joints. With this reduction of pressure, many lower back syndromes become less painful.
