The Functional Forms Incline Wedge, models 103 A-C, is a positioning wedge designed to provide support to individuals lying in a prone on the forearms position or on their back. Therapeutic benefits of the wedge may include increased flexibility at the trunk, shoulders, hips, and knees; weightbearing through the arms; head control and upper trunk strengthening; focusing the visual field for eye-hand activities, and helping to releive back, breathing, and digestive problems. The wedge is made of fire retardant foam and upholstery. Wide straps with velcro closures help to maintain the user in good alignment. OPTIONS: A Head Support Cushion and Rolls are available for use under the ankles to support the feet, between the knees, and under the hips as needed. DIMENSIONS (HxWxL): Six standard sizes are available, but manufacturer will custom design pieces. The standard sizes are 2 x 16 x 18 inches (no. 103AD, $250), 4 x 18 x 24 inches (no. 103AC, $270), 5 x 20 x 26 inches (no. 103AB, $290), 6 x 24 x 28 inches (no. 103AA, $289), 8 x 24 x 34 inches (no. 103A, $307), 10 x 24 x 40 inches (no. 103 B, $322), and 12 x 24 x 44 inches (no. 103C, $365). COLOR: Navy, coral, and seafoam green are standard.
