Picture of ORIGINAL KALTENBORN CONCEPT WEDGE (MODEL 612) & ORIGINAL NORSK MOBILIZATION WEDGE (MODEL 611) The Kaltenborn Mobilization Wedge, model 612, and the Original Norsk Mobilization Wedge, model 611, are positioning wedges used in thoracic spinal adjusting, joint positioning, and mobilization. Both models feature a molded groove on one side to take pressure off the spinous processes. Model 612 is constructed of rubber and Model 611 is constructed of lightweight polyethylene. DIMENSIONS: Model 612 has a 4.25 x 8 inch base and model 611 has a base that is 4 x 9 inches.
