Picture of ICE UP PORTABLE ICE MASSAGER The Ice Up Portable Ice Massager is a cold pack designed for use by individuals with arthritis, joint pain, or muscle, ligament or tendon injuries. This ice massager consists of a leak- proof, insulated, portable container and an Ice up stick. To use, fill the Ice Up stick with water and freeze. When placed inside the insulated container, the Ice Up stick will remain frozen for up to 10 hours. When applied to an affected area, the Ice Up stick helps reduce swelling and pain. The portable cooler fits inside a gym bag.
