Picture of BLACK ICE COOL COLLAR PERSONAL COOLING SYSTEM (MODELS CCX-K & CCX-S) The Black Ice Cool Collar Personal Cooling System, models CCX-K and CCX-S, is a body cooling system designed for use by individuals with multiple sclerosis, heat sensitivity, hot flashes, or night sweats. The two-piece system consists of a soft neoprene wrap applied to the back of the neck, with an attachable, reusable cooling element that maintains a regulated temperature output of 57 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 1.5 hours after charging in ice water for 20 minutes. The lightweight pack may also be recharged in a refrigerator or freezer. Model CCX-S comes with a second cooling element, allowing the elements to be swapped periodically as needed to maintain cooling all day long. OPTIONS: Extra cooling element; insulated soft-sided cooler. DIMENSIONS: Fits neck sizes 13.5 to 18.5 inches. An optional adapter to increase neck size to 21 inches is available. COLOR: Black, royal blue, powder blue, lavender, green, or Advantage MAX-4 camouflage. WEIGHT: 8.5 ounces.
