This polyurethane pad can be heated with hot water or in a microwave, and cooled in a refrigerator or freezer. SIZES: Small (model TXF4), medium (model TXF8), or large (model TXF10). DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 1 x 5.5 x 7.5 inches (small), 1 x 6.5 x 11 inches (medium), or 1 x 10 x 13.5 inches (large). WEIGHT: 12 ounces (small), 22 ounces (medium), or 48 ounces (large).
