Picture of COVERED OUTSIDE LIFT (MODEL AL3000) The Covered Outside Lift, model AL3000, is a hitch-mounted scooter or powered wheelchair carrier designed for use by individuals who use wheelchairs. The plastic watertight cover keeps power chairs and scooters safe while the spring-assisted operation makes the cover easier to open and close. The carrier can be mounted on a class II or III trailer hitch and includes an integrated license plate mount. OPTIONS: Swing-away option. CAPACITY: 350 pounds. WARRANTY: Three-year transferable warranty.
