The Compactor Featherlight 757 is a lightweight folding adult manual wheelchair for use by individuals with lower extremity, mobility, or neurological disabilities or spinal cord injury. In addition to the standard 757 model, this wheelchair comes in narrow (models 757N and 757NE) and wide (models 757W and 757WE) versions. FRAME (HxLxW): 34 to 37 x 43 or 45 x 23, 25, or 27 inches. The folded dimensions (LxW) are 31 x 11 inches. The dual axle position, multi-angle caster stem and adjustable height front caster fork allow for adjustment of the chair’s height. The chrome-plated frame folds. Anti-tippers and an anti-folding device are optional. SEAT (LxW): 16 x 16, 18, or 20 inches. The seat height adjusts between 18 and 19 inches. A standard adjustable-height back can be set at 16, 17, or 18 inches high. A seatbelt is optional. UPHOLSTERY: Padded nylon upholstery is available in black only. ARMRESTS: Wrap-around, swing-back padded armrests are standard. BRAKES: Adjustable toggle wheel locks are standard. Wheel lock extension tubes are optional. CASTERS: 6 x 1 inch molded casters with lightweight polyurethane tires. WHEELS: 24 x 1 inch rear molded wheels with lightweight polyurethane tires are standard. Pneumatic tires and pneumatic tires with airless inserts are optional. FOOTRESTS: Cam-action swing-away detachable padded legrests or footrests with composite footplates and heel loops are standard. Elevating legrests are available on models 757E, 757NE, and 757WE. Front riggings extend from 16 to 21 inches. Leg straps and an anti-theft lock for front riggings are optional. OPTIONS: Anti-theft bar; wheelchair tray; IV rod attachment; and oxygen tank holder. CAPACITY: 250 pounds on models 757, 757E, 757N, and 757NE or 280 pounds on models 757W, and 757WE. WEIGHT: 26 pounds (models 757N and 757NE), 27 pounds (models 757 and 757E), or 28 pounds (models 757W and 757WE).
