This chair is suited for indoor and outdoor maneuverability. FRAME: Heavy-duty tubular, formed steel, powder-coated frame. CONTROLS: Drop-Down Controller provides the user increased access to tables and desks, and reduces the overall height, protecting the joystick when loading into a vehicle. The 50 amp PG VSI controller allows lock / unlock and power seat operation with 21 parameter settings. FWD: Front wheel drive with a turning radius of 22 inches SEAT: Choice of adjustable, proportional seat styles: Deluxe, Premium, Tubular, and Flat Pan. Seat can swivel to 90 degrees for transfers. A power seat is optional. ARMRESTS: Fully adjustable flip up. CASTERS: Caster stems have large diameter precision ball bearings that allow tracking in a straight line, forward and reverse, and easy steering. Rear casters are 8 inch with pneumatic tires. Anti-tips are 6 inch wheels with solid tires. WHEELS: Front wheel drive wheels are 10 inches with pneumatic tires. FOOTRESTS: Fully adjustable, carpeted footrests have short overall length while providing a deep footplate. POWER: Uses two 12-volt deep cycle; 32 AH, U1. Can travel up to 15 miles per battery charge. Carry-along charger can be carried in the tote pouch on the back of the seat. SPEEDS: Up to 3.5 miles per hour with a climbing height of 1.25 inches, and a maximum climbing angle of 9 degrees or 16 percent grade. CAPACITY: Maximum rider weight is 350 pounds. WEIGHT: Base is 94 pounds without batteries. The seats weigh as follows: Deluxe and Tubular, 46 pounds; Premium, 50 pounds; and Flat Pan, 52 pounds. WARRANTY: Limited lifetime warranty on frame.
