The Stretchair is a combination wheelchair stretcher primarily designed to safely transfer patients from a prone position in bed onto the Stretchair an then slowly raise them to a partial or complete sitting position. The chair has a contour foam padded seat, back, armrests and footrest. Back adjustable from a full vertical sitting position to a horizontal prone position. The height of the armrests and footrests are adjustable. Toe operated wheelbrakes. Powder coated steel tubing frame; corrosion resistant aluminum alloy cast parts. Sturdy, large base of support. Model MC3 has four 8 inch wheels; MC4 & MC4HD have two 24 inch front wheels for self propulsion, two 8 inch rear wheels, and anti-tilt wheels. Optional accessories include IV pole, leg support, tray, individual swing legs and tray carrier. DIMENSIONS: 31 inches (55.5 inches in sitting position) x 72 inches x (27.5inches for MC3, 28.5 inches for MC4, 37inches for MC4HD). COLOR: Space Blue Naugahyde padded upholstery and gray epoxy finished steel frame.
