(Verified 6/2003) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Letter Shaper is a set of writing guides designed to teach children with physical, neurological, or learning disabilities to form letters correctly. The set includes 26 boards (one for each letter of the alphabet). Each board has the letter grooved into it in four sizes from large to normal writing size. The child uses a water-based felt tip pen or a pencil (not included) to trace the letters. As the letter sizes decrease, fine motor skills are gradually developed to help form letters correctly. The boards can be cleaned for re-use. DIMENSIONS: Each board is 9 x 5 inches.
