The Rolyan Pronation/Supination Wheel, model A4141, is a pronator and supinator designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities. The wheel features a diagonal bar in the center for grasping. The bar is grasped by the user and the wheel is then rolled in a motion designed to either turn the palm posteriorly or downward by a medial rotation of the forearm, or rolled in a motion to turn the palm anteriorly or upward by a lateral motion of the forearm. The comfortable hand bar can accomodate any size hand, or a Flexion Mitt (not included; see entry) if necessary. The outside rubber surface of the wheel prevents slippage during exercise.
