The Amigo HD is a scooter designed for indoor or outdoor use by individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities. It is designed for use by larger-framed individuals. FRAME (HxLxW): 39.5 x 47.8 x 24 inches. The steel frame is painted cinnamon red and has a one-piece extended platform with a 3.5-inch underbody clearance and a 38-inch turning radius and a black rear safety bumper. A basket mounted on the front of the tiller is standard. CONTROLS: EZ Tilt handle with HI/LO speed controls and ASIC MPC electronic controller (TouchTron handle available). RWD: UNIPAC and Vari-Speed rear-wheel drive system with no belts or chains. SEAT: 22-inch wide folding seat with 360-degree seat rotation and extended seat lock with bend. UPHOLSTERY: Black vinyl. ARMRESTS: Flip-up, adjustable, removable arms. BRAKES: Electromagnetic brakes with manual release; dynamic and regenerative brakes. WHEELS: 9-inch front and 10.5-inch rear pneumatic tires. OPTIONS: A crutch holder; walker holder; oxygen tank holder; and basket cane holder are available. POWER: Uses two 33/35 amp sealed batteries (included) in 24 volt electrical system. A 24-volt onboard battery charger with retractable alternating current (AC) cord is included. SPEED: 0 to 5 miles per hour for a maximum range of 30 miles. CAPACITY: 450 pounds. WEIGHT: 178 pounds with batteries. WARRANTY: Limited lifetime warranty.
