Picture of TORNADO WINE BOTTLE OPENER (MODEL TC-20) The Tornado Wine Bottle Opener, model TC-20, is a corkscrew designed for use by individuals with fine motor, grasping, or upper extremity disabilities or arthritis. This device uses an air lift action that pops the cork with a push of a button. The unit uses a cartridge of inert propellant to pop the cork. The included cartridge opens approximately 60 bottles. The cartridge rests completely inside the top portion of Tornado’s body. The ergonomic design features a soft touch finish and brushed chrome lid. Features include a friction-coated needle for cork penetration and cork release, an open window so the needle is visible to center in the cork but is not exposed outside the body for extra safety, and an attached foil cutter that doubles as a stand. A sliding bottom section facilitates cork extraction. OPTIONS: Set of 2 replacement cartridges are available for purchase. DIMENSIONS(DxH): 2 x 8 inches. COLOR: Black with chrome top.
