« Previous Product Next Product »The STAND-UP, models CKB-01 and CKB-02, is a grab bar for toilet designed for use by people with standing, balance, lower extremity and mobility disabilities. The unit has a stainless steel base with non-slip rubber edges that rests on the floor and does not require mounting to the floor, wall or ceiling. The base has a U-shaped indentation at one end so that it extends along both sides of the toilet. Two handrails are mounted on each side of the base, extending alongside the length of the toilet. Each handrail is made of hardwood, is height adjustable, and has two plastic coated steel pipes supporting it. A crossbar extends between the handrails behind the toilet to provide extra support. DIMENSIONS: Base (LxW) is 38.5 x 27.125 inches. The height of the handrails adjusts between 22.75 and 24.75 inches. The length of both handrails for model CKB-01 is 30.5 inches; for model CKB-02, one handrail is 30.5 inches and the other is 38.375 inches. WEIGHT: 26 pounds (model CKB-01) or 27 pounds (model CKB-02).
