Picture of THE ALL-TERRAIN WHEELCHAIR The All-Terrain Wheelchair is a beach wheelchair designed for use by individuals with lower extremity disabilities, mobility disabilities, and spinal cord injury. This beach wheelchair comes with a commercial tilt umbrella. FRAME: Non-corrosive PVC frame with 316L stainless steel ball bearings. WHEELS: Roleez balloon wheels from Roleez Wheels, Inc. (see separate entry). The wheels have a 19.3-inch radius and are 9 inches wide. FOOTREST: Stainless steel footrests. WARRANTY: Two years.
