--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 10/2008) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Carrie Bus Seat is a child car seat designed for comfort and therapeutic positioning during transportation. The seat is made of shock-absorbing, vinyl-coated molded foam with a steel inner frame and postural support for use in a school bus or van. The molded shape provides lateral trunk support and an anti-thrust seat to stabilize the pelvis. The seat is secured using the automotive seatbelt and the Carrie tether strap (included). In emergenct evacuations, the seat can be carried with the child in it or pulled using the tether strap. SIZES: Small, model PC 4641B, accommodates children weighing between 20 and 60 pounds and measuring 30 to 48 inches in height and Large, model PC 4647B, accommodates children between 50 and 100 pounds and measuring 45 to 58 inches in height. OPTIONS: A headrest and footrest are available.
