It has an optical-grade 3X magnifying lens with a 5X sweet spot for fine detail. Three cool white LED lights illuminate magnified objects. A weighted base provides stability; the base is armored in rubber for protection. The LED lights last 100,000 hours. POWER: Uses 4 double-A batteries or alternating current (AC) adaptor (not included). DIMENSIONS: 4.2 x 18 x 5.2 inches.
