WorkCam is a video magnifier designed for use in an industrial workplace by individuals with low vision. It provides optical and digital magnification of equipment and materials so that employees with low vision can perform hands-on work with small scale components. It features a digital camera mounted on a flexible or articulating arm and interfaced to a video monitor or computer system to provide a live, high-resolution, high-magnification display. The magnifier is available with color or monochrome video output and various mounting, magnification, and other options to meet specific workplace needs, including automatic digital camera zoom, focus, and iris controls.
