Picture of ALADDIN ULTRA PRO 75 The Aladdin Ultra Pro 75 is a low vision reading system designed to magnify text and photographs. This system features a reading table and a 17-inch black-and-white monitor. The Feather Touch reading table has a large, smooth non-glare platform to accommodate heavy books. The reading table moves freely in any direction and a large easy-to-operate lever locks the table in position or minimizes movement from front to back. Adjustable drag-and-lock margin stops enable viewing of columns. This system includes Telesensory's fast-refresh system which provides a faster refresh rate to assist those who may observe screen flicker while relying on peripheral vision for reading. The unit also provides print magnification to more than four inches high, bright negative viewing mode, and a photo viewing mode. A shadow mask feature highlights one area of the screen while dimming the rest, enabling the user to focus on one area or line at a time. An underline feature places an adjustable underline on the screen to use as a writing guide or to keep one's place while reading or viewing documents. The unit offers magnification from 5.4 X to 60X. Controls include a size control lever for magnification change, a focus control knob, a picture control lever with four positions, and a shadow mask/underline knob. OPTIONS: Tabletop monitor stand, plexiglass sheet, 20-inch S-video monitor, and a 17-inch SVGA monitor. DIMENSIONS (WxDxH): 17 x 20.1 x 27 inches. The viewing area on the standard monitor is 16.5 inches diagonally. WEIGHT: 51.4 pounds. WARRANTY: 30-day money-back guarantee and a two-year manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
