---DO IT YOURSELF ENTRY --- PURPOSE: To enable an individual to uses a wheelchair to lift his/her feet onto the footplates. Create a large loop at the end of a length of parachute cord (available at hardware stores). Place the loop around the foot and use the remaining cord to pull the foot onto the footplate.
