------- "DO IT YOURSELF" ENTRY ------- PURPOSE: Device to allow sanding or clay pounding with a foot; can also be adapted to hold some artist's tools. Three pieces of 1 inch board are made into a shallow U just large enough to fit the shoe of the intended user, and a leather strap to hold the device on the foot to which it is fastened. A hole can be drilled in the front to hold a tool such as a paintbrush. Includes drawing.
