Description:The Research and Training Center for Children's Mental Health will hosts its 17th annual conference, a System of Care for Children's Mental Health: Expanding the Research Base, will be held February 29-March 3, 2004. The Center's Annual Research Conference is nationally recognized for creating a forum to explore contemporary, empirical research on systems of care that promote the emotional and behavioral well being of children and their families. Innovative methods presented at prior conferences have been utilized in practice and policy, weaving a web of best practices to be applied to improving the way communities address the mental health needs of children and their families.
