(Verified 08/2012) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Talking Utilities for DOS 3.3, model D-89510-00, is a voice output utility program designed to provide utilities for copying and deleting, cataloging, locking files, and more for individuals who are blind or have low vision. It is a talking version of the Apple DOS 3.3 System Master that ties programs together with an easy-to-use menu. The package includes two programs: one allows any text file on a DOS 3.3 disk to be spoken by speech synthesizer; the other can automatically install Textalker (see separate entry) text-to-speech software onto program disks, or blank disks and more. It comes on a 5.25 inch disk with documentation in large type and Braille. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Apple II computer with at least 64K of RAM.

Notes: Manufacturer recommended age is 8 years to adult.
