1. AUDIO NOTES

   Audio Notes is a voice input audio notetaker program and a voice output audio notetaker program designed for use by individuals who are blind or with low vision, cognitive or communication disabilities. This application (or app) allows a person to use their Apple iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch as an audio recorder. The user launches the app and recording begins after start up. Audio Notes can also record in the background except for phone calls so the user can multitasks. The user can forward or rewind playback, pause and resume playback or recording, and set an alert time and will be notified even if the app is closed with local notification feature. Notes can be exported by email or via FTP and downloaded through iTunes. The app features geographic tagging, selection of audio quality and format (.m4a or .caf) for recorded tracks, microphone support, and the ability to record while in sleep mode. Other features include the ability to sort notes into folders; password protection; dark or light color themes; and option to use phone receiver as audio output, to add text note, and to select audio format. Available languages include English, German, French, Spanish, Norwegian, Czech, Italian and Hungarian. COMPATIBILITY: For use with the Apple iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch. 2. PICTURE SCHEDULER

   Picture Scheduler is a cognitive aid and prompter designed for use by individuals with cognitive or memory disabilities or autism. This application (or app) allows a person to use their Apple iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch as a task organizer and scheduler. The user can create tasks associated with a picture, text, video or audio or any combination of these media to create multi-feature tasks. The user receives an alert (visual and auditory display) when a task is scheduled to be performed. The user can swipe to delete a task after completing it, and then the next task moves to the top of his/her "To do" list. The app will keep reminding the user at various times of the day if a task is left undone. Picture Scheduler automatically backs up created tasks for later reuse and unread tasks are marked and show badge icons. The user can also import video files from the device or via iTunes file sharing. Other features include the ability to show fullscreen pictures; a "Hide" mode on screen; task sorting into categories; and local notifications which show alerts even if the app is closed.
