Why did you purchase the product?
For my friend, who is a C4-5 quadriplegic; The goal was to allow him to empty his urinary leg bag on his own.

How well did the product meet your needs?
Extremely well. This product allows him to be much more independent, since he doesn't need to have someone available to empty his bag. It also provides a level of 'peace of mind' to those who love and care for him, knowing he would not suffer harm should his care-taker become incapacitated.

Are there specific features of the product that you liked?
Simplicity (less likely to malfunction). Easy to actuate (use) for someone with limited arm strength.

Amazingly simple and built specific for this task.
