2009 Interagency Disability Educational Awareness Showcase (IDEAS)

Description:IDEAS is the General Services Administration's (GSA's) premier event focused on partnering industry and education with government to meet the requirements under Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Attendees will be able to find answers at IDEAS to the changing needs of the federal government regarding information technology, laws and regulations affecting accessibility. Through workshops presented by GSA, discussions, industry exhibits and the opportunity to network with peers implementing assistive technology, IDEAS will provide attendees with a information on Section 508 and assistive technologies.
