Indiana Institute on Disability and Community
The Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, Indiana’s University Center for Excellence on Developmental Disabilities, is committed to providing Hoosiers with disability-related information and services that touch the entire life span, from birth through older adulthood. Through its collaborative efforts within higher education, and with state and local government agencies, community service providers, persons with disabilities and their families, and advocacy organizations, Institute faculty and staff work to increase community capacity for inclusion of people with disabilities. This is accomplished through university teaching, research, information dissemination, and training and technical assistance.
