1. 45 DEGREE WEDGE

   The 45 Degree Wedge is a positioning wedge designed for use in positioning, back support and turning. This cushion can provide either a 45- or 90-degree angle and it supports the length of the torso. It is available in standard and economy densities. DIMENSIONS: 24 inches long.

   The 90 Degree Leg Elevator is a leg positioner designed for use during surgery or physical therapy. The foam positioner bends and maintains the knee at a 90-degree angle. Adsjustable straps at the end and center of the leg trough keep the leg in position.

3. COCK-UP SPLINT

   The Cock-Up Splint is a hand positioner designed to maintain the hand in the desired position. The octagonal foam block is placed around wrist and the Velcro-attached hand stirrup maintains the fingers and thumb opposed to prevent permanent contraction. The hand stirrup is adjustable.

   The Cradle Boot is a foot positioner designed to support the foot without pressure on the heel while preventing external rotation. Both foam boots feature ventilation holes and a square base. The Standard model features a trough to support the foot and an adjustable strap to keep the foot in place. The Original model is designed for individuals with spasticity and encases the entire foot to keep it in position. The foot is inserted in the end and an opening in the top allows the toes to protrude.

7. ELBOW PROTECTOR

   The Elbow Protector is designed to surround the elbow to reduce pressure and provide padding. This foam protector is smooth on the outside and has convoluted peaks on the inside. An adjustable strap provides a custom fit.

8. FLARED LEG EXTENSION

   The Flared Leg Extension is a leg positioner designed to support the leg in an extended position. The foam positioner supports the leg from the hip to the toes and is narrow at the hip and wider at the toes.

    The Limb Elevator is a leg positioner designed to elevate and prevent internal or external rotation of a casted or uncasted leg. The foam device supports the leg from the knee to the ankle and elevates the heel off bed. This support can be used in a supine or side lying position.

29. O.R. TABLE PILLOW

    The O.R. Table Pillow is a foam head positioner designed to provide support and pressure relief for the head during surgery or when prolonged supine or lateral positioning is required.     SWITCHSKINS is a keyguard and protective cover designed to protect various electronic devices from getting soiled for individuals with physical disabilities. They are pre-molded, hygienic protective membranes that cover crevices and joints where saliva, germs, food, dirt and moisture can accumulate. They not only keep the devices clean and functioning longer, but also protect the caregiver and client from transferable germs and viruses.
