1. LARGE DOMINOES (MODEL 6LDOM)

   --- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 10/2012) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. ---The Large Dominoes, model 6LDOM, is designed for use by individuals with low vision. These dominoes are made of beechwood and have easily-felt recessed dots. OPTIONS: Wooden domino holder. COLOR: White dominoes with black dots.

2. SNOOKER TABLE (MODEL 6SNKT)

(Verified 02/2013) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Snooker Table, model SNKT, is a height-adjustable billiard table designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. This table has a felt surface and pocket nets to collect the balls. The table can be adjusted to accommodate players who use wheelchairs or to accommodate those who play standing to eliminate the need to bend over. The legs fold for storage. The set includes balls, racking triangle, scorer, and cues. DIMENSIONS (LxW): 6 x 4 feet.

3. TFH SNOOKER CUE ADAPTATION (MODEL 6SNKC-R)

(Verified 02/2013) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The TFH Snooker Cue Adaptation, model SNKC-R, is a billiard aid designed for use by individuals with mobility or upper extremity disabilities. This device fits over a standatd cue and has a teflon base to support the cue, enabling the player to shoot using only one hand and without bending over the table to hold the cue.

4. ULTRASONIC BASIC KIT (MODEL 9USBP)

(Verified 04/2009) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Ultra Sonic Basic Kit, model 9USBP, is an ultrasonic switch kit designed for use by individuals with severe physical disabilities or spinal cord injury. This kit can be used to control lights, radios, televisions, and other appliances. The Basic Kit includes three receivers on three separate frequencies and a transmitter with three pairs of on/off switches, each controling a separate receiver. The transmitter is also equipped with six switch jacks, enabling six capability switches (not included) to be used to operate the on/off switches. OPTIONS: Yellow Box that enables mains-driven appliances to be operated by switches in on/off or timer modes, modular transmitters, and modular receivers.

5. WHEELCHAIR PARASOL (MODEL 7WCPS)
