  1. ERGOPOD (MODEL 300) Picture of ERGOPOD (MODEL 300)

    The ErgoPOD, model 300, is a computer work center designed for use by individuals with mobility, neurological, or other physical disabilities. Designed for use with desktop computer systems, this height-adjustable unit can be used by individuals who use wheelchairs, individuals who use a computer while in bed or in a reclined position, and standing users. This work center features a steel tube frame, eliminating the need for under-table cross braces,and a wide U-shaped base for accessibility. The medium density fiberboard tabletop is equipped with a motorized monitor tilt platform that tilts monitors up to 17 inches and weighing 50 pounds from zero to 55 degrees, accommodating sitting, standing, or reclining users. The platform can accommodate LCD monitors. The keyboard tray has two spring-loaded sleeves that adjust in width to accommodate a wide range of keyboard styles and sizes. The keyboard tray mechanism has two pivot points, allowing the tray to tilt through 90 degrees to accommodate a variety of users. The work center also offers motorized height adjustment with the capability of lifting up to 250 pounds. A built-in keypad provides push-button control of the height adjustment and motorized monitor platform.The monopod design enables this workstation to canteliever over a bed, and standard features include a caster base with four ball bearing casters, two that lock for mobility and stability; built-in cord management grommets; a cental processing unit (CPU) rack; and a built-in power supply with six grounded outlets and a circuit breaker. POWER: Equipped with a 110-volt power supply. OPTIONS: A modified keyboard tray to accommodate a laptop computer, document holders with a choice of a fixed or fllexible arm with an adjustable clamp, , microphone mount, task light, and more. DIMENSIONS: The height adjusts from 31 to 50 inches. The cord on the power strip is 12 feet long. The casters are five inches in diameter. COLOR: Black powder-coated frame and a black tabletop.
