1. ACTIVITY APRON

   The Activity Apron is a sensory integration activity designed to provide visual and tactile stimulation for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias or cognitive disabilities. This product offers a a variety of activities intended to calm the user and hold their interest, including threading a shoe lace, buttoning a series of buttons, and stroking a soft, furry pocket. The Activity Apron is also designed to improve fine motor skills. Other features include a Velcro key chain loop, zipper, rope and lace holes, and a plastic pocket to hold a tissue, hankerchief or family picture. The apron secures around the user's waist or onto a chair tray. This apron is machine washable. COLOR: Multi-colored activity areas with a light blue background.

2. AUTOMATIC FAUCET CONTROL

   The Automatic Faucet Control is a water flow control designed for use by individuals with memory or cognitive disabilities or upper extremity disabilities. This device prevents the water from being left on and provides access for those unable to turn a tap. The device replaces the aerator on existing faucets and turns the water on when the hanging wand is nudged. When the slight pressure is removed, the water automatically turns off.

3. AUTOMATIC WHEELCHAIR ANTI-ROLLBACK DEVICE

   The Automatic Wheelchair Anti-Rollback Device is a supplemental wheel locking device designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities. As the individual rises from the chair, a pair of brake arms grab the tires to prevent the chair from rolling backwards. Once the user is seated, the device releases and goes into "stand-by" mode and the wheelchair returns to standard operation. Activated by spring tension, a padded lever beneath the wheelchair seat is depressed when the user is seated. This lever is connected to a pair of stainless steel brake arms that are held just off the surface of the rear tires. As the user's weight is lifted from the seat, the spring force causes the lever to rotate and lock the wheels. The greater the rearward force on the chair, the greater the braking power.

4. BATHROOM FLOOD ALARM

   The Bathroom Flood Alarm is designed for use with individuals with cognitive disabilities or Alzheimer's disease. This sensor mounts to the lower wall near the toilet and sounds a loud alarm when it comes in contact with a puddle on the floor created when a tub overflows or a toilet overflows dut to the introduction of foreign objects or other blockages. 5. CAR SEAT BELT ALARM

   The Car Seat Belt Alarm is a seat belt alarm designed to alert drivers and caregivers when individuals with dimentia, Alzheimer's Disease, or cognitive disabilities unbuckle seat belts. This device attaches to most automotive seat belts with the included double-stick tape. Once installed, whenever the two pieces of the seat belt are not engaged, the device emits a moderately loud alarm. Rebuckling the seat belt turns off the alarm. COLOR Black.

6. CHILDPROOF REFRIGERATOR LATCH

   The Childprooof Refrigerator Latch is designed to prevent children with cognitive disabilities and detrer adults with Alzheimer's Disease or cognitive disabilities from opening a refrigerator door. Made of plastic, this secure press-lock attaches with double-sided adhesive tape (included) at the top of the refrigerator door, out of the line of sight. COLOR: White.

7. CLOCK WITH DAY AND DATE (WALL CLOCK)

   The Clock with Day and Date (Wall Clock) is a calendar clock designed for use by individuals with cognitive or memory disabilities or Alzheimer's disease. This rectangular wall clock shows the three-letter abbreviation for the day of the week, the date, and the three-letter abbreviation for the month at the top in large characters. Below this display is a round analog clock face with second hand. The clock has a rigid, impact-resistant, injection molded plastic case with a clear view acrylic cover. 8. CLOTHING WITH DIGNITY

   Clothing with Dignity are a women's shower robe or men's shower shorts designed for use with individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or cognitive disabilities. Intended for wear by those who resist disrobing to bathe, these garments are designed to be worn in the shower and replaced with the dry outer garment when exiting the shower without requiring total undressing. The pieces lift up to allow access for body cleansing, but shield the wearer's view, allowing a sense of dignity to be retained. The two-piece men's set includes a set of inner and outer shorts. The women's set includes inner and outer tops and inner and outer bottoms. SIZES: Small (fits waists 22 to 27 inches), medium (fits waists 28 to 33 inches), large (fits waists 34 to 39 inches), and extra large (fits waists 40 to 45 inches).    The Conversations Picture Cards are photo cards designed for use by individuals with Alzheimer's Disease or communication disabilities. These cards can be used as memory prompt cards or to help begin conversations. Each set is comprised of five boxes of cards: Animals (30 cards), Foods (50 cards), Vehicles (20 cards), Clothing (20 cards), and Everyday objects (50 cards). On the back of each card is the word for or describing the object in 17 different languages (English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Russian, simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Polish, Filipino, Portuguese, Greek, Thai, and Arabic). 10. COOKSTOP (MODELS CSA-3WP-IRF & CSA-4WP-IRF)

    The CookStop, models CSA-3WP-IRF and CSA-4WP-IRF, is a stove safety sensor designed for use by individuals with cognitive or memory disabilities or Alzheimer's disease. The system includes a monitoring unit with a motion detector that monitors the appliance's use and a power box that controls power to the stove. The monitoring unit can be programmed to automatically turn off the stove and oven after 5 seconds to 90 minutes if no activity detected in the kitchen (the factory default is 5 minutes). The CookStop is programmable to allow access to the stove/oven only during certain hours of the day, and it can be over-ridden to cook meals when it is safe to leave the kitchen. To restart or continue cooking after the stove has been turned off, the user and push the green "COOK" button. POWER: Works with either 3- or 4-prong 240-Volt plugs. 12. DIAL-LESS TELEPHONE

    The Dial-less Telephone designed for use with individuals with Alzheimer's disease or cognitive disabilities. This phone looks like a standard desk phone but without a dial. This phone allows the user to receive incoming calls, but it does not permit outgoing calls, preventing those who make inappropriate or late night calls from doing so.

13. DISCOVERY APRON

Designed specifically for individuals with chronic restlessness or the need to disrobe, this apron offers familiar, soothing activities and soft-to-the-touch materials. Once the insert is in place, if the door or window is opened even slightly, a loud alarm sounds.

19. GRIP-N-ASSIST PROFESSIONAL

    Grip-n-Assist Professional is a transfer aid designed for use with individuals with mobility, walking or standing disabilities. The belt is used for sitting transfers or for supporting an individual when standing or walking. It designed for heavy use in domestic, institutional and professional settings. The belt can be worn by the person with a disability and held by the caregiver or worn the caregiver with the person with a disability holding the handle. The belt is secured by an adjustable strap that fastens with a Velcro strap and a nylon buckle. It is made of mildew- and water-resistant materials that are also fire retardant.     The Motion Detector with Remote Alarm is a wandering patient system designed for use with individuals with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, brain injury, or cognitive disabilities. The system consists of a motion detector and a receiver with a chime alarm. The detector can be placed where needed (e.g., in the bedroom to alert to a person leaving the bed, near stairs, near an exit door, at the kitchen door) to detect wandering or potentially harmful movement. It has detection settings for a wide or a narrow beam, allowing it to monitor an entire room or just a selected area. 29. REMOTE DOOR ALARM

    Remote Door Alarm is a wandering patient system designed for use with individuals with Alzheimer's disease, brain injury, or cognitive disabilities. The system consists of a transmitter that is attached to an exit door in a home and a receiver alarm. If the door is opened, the transmitter sends a radio signal to the receiver, triggering an alarm. The receiver can be carried in a caregiver's pocket or placed on a table.

30. SAFE ROCKING GLIDER

    The Safe Rocking Gloder is a rocking chair designed for use by individuals with Alzheimer's Disease or balance disabilities. This chair provides a glide rocking motion and is equipped with an automatic locking feature that engages as the user is entering or exiting the chair. The only other buttons are for on/off, channel up/down, and volume up/down.     The Stove Top Fire Fighter is a heat protection device designed for use with individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or cognitive disabilities. This chemical fire extinguisher in a can attaches magnetically to the exhaust fan hood over a stove. If a fire starts on the burner as a result of cooking food left unattended or a burner left on, the device activates, dumping bicarbonate of soda on the flames. Each individual unit protects two burners.

37. STRAY AWAY ALARM

This system includes a transmitter pendant and a receiver. The pendant features a lanyard for wearing around the neck and the receiver includes a belt clip. When the individual is separated from the caregiver by a pre-determined distance from 10 to 20 feet, a signal is sent frrom the pendant to the receiver, sounding an alarm.     The Talking Motion Detective is a wandering patient system designed for use with people with cognitive disabilities or Alzheimer's Disease. This wireless, two-piece, expandable motion detector announces specific information to alert the caregiver. One speaker unit can monitor up to six motion detectors, each providing different information for different exits or areas of the home . For example, the system might announce "Dad is trying to go out the back door!" or "Mom is in the kitchen." Additional speaker units can be located at the sites of the movement violation to give instructions to the individual, such as, "Dad, don't go outside. Wait just a moment and I'll be there to help you." The instructions are announced simultaneously with the warning in the caregiver's location that Dad is going out the back door. Features include six-zone monitoring capability, customized voice-recordable alerts, all weather, wireless PIR sensor motion detector, multiple beam patterns for optimal detection, volume control, message playback buttons to test recorded messages, a digital recording chip to permit voice messages to be changed as needed, missed message indicator to alert caregivers to activity that occurred during his/her absence.
