"Arc Minnesota is a private, non-profit, statewide voluntary organization that is dedicated to ensuring the full participation in their communities of people with developmental disabilities and to improving their lives and the lives of their families." ARC MN provides information and referral services statewide, advocacy and support services for people with developmental disabilities and their families, and educational programs for family members and caregivers.
